can I Still AUdition for 2025 Season?
We have closed registration for our winter 2025 season. However, we are accepting new members for the Spring 2026 season. Auditions will be starting in early 2026. Fill out the Interest Form below and we will get back to you.
What is the AUdition Process like?
1) Director will take singer through a series of vocal exercises to determine vocal range, tone, and pitch.
2) Director will play a series of 4-5 notes on the piano and ask the singer to sing back what they heard, from memory. This helps it determining pitch and rhythmic retention (tonal memory).
3) Please prepare a solo song that shows your voice to its best advantage.
This will be sung a cappella (without accompaniment).
If you prefer, you may instead sing the “Star Spangled Banner.”
4) Do not stress! This audition (Adults/Middle C's) / hearing placement (Youth choir) is simply for the director to hear your voice. We want the process and musical experience to be enjoyable.
